Few if any can equal our knowledge and experience of solid wood furniture manufacturing, we only stock solid wood furniture that has been made by highly skilled crafts people.

Individually crafted and manufactured under strict ethical employment conditions in our manufactures factories we are committed to helping preserve traditional methods of furniture construction.

DELIVERY
All of the furniture shown on in the furniture section can be collected or delivered throughout mainland UK.

We make only one charge per order for larger pieces of furniture, regardless of the number of items in an order and at the standard postal courier service for the smaller items.

Lead times for each individual item are shown below the items description.

As soon as you have ordered a member of our customer support team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

ORDERING
You can place and order by Internet using our easy to use secure Paypal ordering facility, which will enable you to pay by using all the major credit and debit cards or your own Paypal account if you should so wish.

We also accept orders by cheque and post.

If you see something on our website that may be of interest as you look through the website simply click ADD TO CART. You can remove these items later if you wish; using the shopping cart in this way will enable you to keep a track of all the items you see of interest as you go through the website.

When you are finished making your initial quick selection you can view the shopping cart and remove anything you may not want and proceed on to CHECKOUT.

Should you prefer to order by post simple print out your order from the same secure online ordering page and send the print out, together with a cheque for the total amount, including delivery to us. Upon receipt of your order and payment we will contact you by phone or email should you prefer and confirm your order.

RETURNS
The Hardwood company guarantee each and every item of furniture supplied, should there be any deflect or damaged to any item when it arrives or should it not be the same as the picture or items description we will refund its cost in full together with the cost of delivery.

Bespoke and custom- made items cannot be cancelled after seven days from the date of placing your order as these are specially made on your behalf.
